Prayers for family in Egypt

I am asking for prayers for my grandparents and my aunt and uncle who at the present time are in Egypt. At the present time they are on a cruise down the Nile but are supposed to return to Cairo on the 29th.

Lose It again!

I am doing KVCH (Kittitas Valley Community Hospital) Lose It again. I did the program last year and did not have much success at it. This time around I have to be more accountable, they have included homework. It started last Monday evening.

I was doing really well for the first day and then on the second day I went over the number of calories that I have alloted for myself and ever since then I have not been able to get back on track. I have a lot riding on this program. I am at my highest weight ever and I want to get healthier because I am not allowed to start trying to have a family until I get to a healthy weight. Now all I have to do is get back on track.

Staying on track is something is something that I have always had problems with. I think that part of the problem is that Brandon is not changing his eating habits along with me. I wish that he would though because I think that he would be a lot happier if he lost some weight as well.
